Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means that if you are not completely thrilled with your Tail Flash, we will work with you to make it right. We created this product to celebrate your flight training achievements and that means that we want to give the best customer service experience from beginning to end. If you have issues or concerns, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the next steps.

What does our complimentary shipping include?

We offer complimentary shipping through USPS to anywhere in the United States. Please be sure to double check your address before ordering.

What does Out of Stock mean?

Out of stock means that our product is not currently available for purchase. Check back, as we will update that status as soon as it changes. How long should you expect to wait for your order?

Our Tail Flashes are completely custom and made-to-order. Your order is our top priority, please expect around 2 weeks from the time of your order to receive your product. We will notify you via email if we experience a large delay with your order, so please double check that your email is correct.

How does the Alumni Discount work?

Our Tail Flashes were created as a way to celebrate our fellow flight school graduates for completing flight training! We are offering a discount sent through your alumni organization for purchase of a Tail Flash. Please look for the email that will have been sent through the email address you used to registered to your alumni organization. We offer our Alumni Discount only to be available on our regular, full-sized Tail Flashes. Discount does not apply to our Mini Flash. Discount is only intended for personal use, as every alumni receives their own discount code. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you by email. If you have any questions about your discount or if you have not received your discount code, please contact us.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible via our contact page.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Email us as soon as possible and we can discuss return options, less the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Refunds

In the event that we issue a refund back to you, please look for the refund to go back onto your original payment method.

Replacements

In the event that your order arrives damaged, simply email us a picture of the damage and we can begin working to replace your Tail Flash.
